By accessing or using Troodl (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Troodl is a mood-based music discovery platform that curates YouTube Music content based on your preferences. We do not host or own any music content — all audio is streamed via the YouTube player in accordance with YouTube’s Terms of Service.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Automated access (bots, scrapers) is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All music content is owned by the respective rights holders and streamed via YouTube. The Troodl interface, branding, and curation logic are owned by Troodl.

6. Limitation of Liability

Troodl is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
